I can’t say enough good things about this team of realtors. I have a long history buying and selling my homes with the team leader and Mama Carole Shaw, and now working with her daughter Jayne Edwards it was nice to see the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Like Carole, she is a classy, professional and confident realtor. Jayne had her work cut out for her when we asked her to find us a house in a very specific area where houses rarely come up for sale. She got to work on it right away and went the extra mile from start to finish. Fast forward a few months and we are now in the home of our dreams because of her hard diligent work. Meghan was an amazing broker to have sell our home. It was the first time we sold property and she made the whole process painless and simple. Through the negotiations with buyers, Meghan helped us to understand to pros and cons of the multiple offers we received and ultimately got a buyer to agree to everything we wanted out of our sale (including a very high price!). On top of all of this, Meghan gave great advice on how to best set up our home to really make the photos stand out on the listing to get the most potential buyers through the door. For the showings, a few staging items were used that made our place look like a show home! I would highly recommend Meghan to anyone in need of real estate services. I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Shaw /Baker Realty. The ladies were professional, and yet friendly. They did everything they said they would do. When I listed with them, they quickly organized it. They had my house professionally photographed, and then put it on every social media platform available. That they have the knowledge to do that impressed me. I had thirty-two Showings ( Covid safe - by appointment only) on the very first Saturday after listing, and thirty-five the Sunday! On Monday, I had six offers-two with no conditions. So, there was a bidding skirmish, ( couldn’t call it a war) and I accepted the offer ( over asking I might add!) with the most children who were going to keep it as a family home. My realtors sold my house for me -a new widow- with speed, confidence and caring. They offered to find me help packing and moving, and to look for storage for much of my household.
