Jayne Edwards came very highly recommended from our next door neighbor who sold their house in Port Moody a few years ago. We contacted her, and she was able to meet with us the next day. When it came time for listing, she and her team did an amazing job of staging our house, and an excellent job of marketing it. (ie photos, pamphlets, on line listing, open houses). I believe she and her team went above and beyond any other realtors we have used in the past. (Some realtors out there are only interested in getting a listing and collecting the fees). Nothing but great things to say. Their effort to keep us informed, and up to date with market analytics were nothing short of amazing. Despite the market being at an all-time low, both Jayne and Meghan continued to take the time to host open houses and do their best to capture potential buyer interest. As sellers: they maintained a very supportive relationship with us as we navigated this current buyers market.
