This was the first home purchase for my husband and I so we didn’t know what to expect or the process but Shahem did a great job helping us navigate. He ensured we stayed within our budget and advocated for our needs and kept us informed around the timeline as we neared possession. Buying a home is intimidating and overwhelming but Shahem ensured we were supported and maintained excitement throughout it all.

It was my first time buying a home and I was checking out open houses by myself. I met Shahem at an open house he was showing and felt that he was an easy person to talk to, and overall had a good feeling about working with him. My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he got to work right away. Shahem honestly blew away all my expectations of working with a realtor. We would ask to see a home and he would message back within 15 minutes with a confirmed booking for the same or next day! He always came prepared with data sheets and information on the area. I often get quite excited when looking at places and Shahem helped provide an objective view to help us make the best decision. His advice during negotiations helped us saved tens of thousands. To top it off, he checked in with us after we moved in, and I mentioned one plug was causing issues. He sent over an electrician to take a look and the job took 5 hours and rewiring in the attic. Shahem said this should have been taken care of in the inspection and said not to worry about the electrician bill and that HE'D take care of it, and he wouldn't let me refuse his offer. I can't say enough positive things about working with Shahem. He's honest, professional and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience and at the end of the day he's a genuinely good person who really cares about getting the best results for his clients. I'd wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to work with a realtor to consider working with Shahem.
