I wish I could say I had a good experience with Nick as my realtor like his other reviews. Unfortunately, Nick did not have my best interest in mind and made decisions for without consulting with me first.It resulted in moving into my new home with a broken over the range microwave, a tv mount that I had asked to be removed was not removed and now I will have to pay out of pocket to have it done. A toilet leak also occurred that created an insurance claim due to previous owner not bolting down the toilet once they removed the bidet on it as my request. I found Nick downplayed all my concerns and has left me with out of pocket expenses that would not happened if he had done his job and had my best interest in mind.It really felt like he was working for the seller and their realtor rather than me , as he seemed to be doing what they were asking and did not following through with my concerns. Would not hire him again.
