A scam. Ad on Facebook says "Get an email with value of your home". Next thing you're getting emails and text messages from a realtor. Bait & switch. Which is extremely illegal

Shaylenne helped me and my sister’s sell out step father’s house. It was a house that requires significant work, and the right buyer. She helped find that buyer, and negotiate the right deal for us.
