Ryan was a great help to us in purchasing an investment property! We viewed the condos he recommended and really liked one of them, but it went for a higher amount than we wanted to pay. We accepted we had missed out on the purchase, but Ryan kept his eye on it and when the accepted offer collapsed weeks later, he was on it. We had a second chance.
