Jorie was an absolute delight to work with!!! She was quick to respond (this was a huge deal for us) She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny and so supportive as we searched for our new home in a new to us town. She checked in when we needed it, provided valuable insight and worked her tail off to secure us our new home. We always felt like we were the only clients she was working with and even after the deal was technically done..she continued to provide support. 5 stars is not enough..she was a realtor rockstar and we will forever be grateful for the experience we had with her. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jorie. She had brutal honesty (when I asked) when it came to helping me pick a home out of the many I viewed. She prevented me from making a mistake by buying an ancient home with many issues when I was dead set on it initially, and instead pulled me to a home that I originally did not want to see, and ended up falling in love with it and purchasing! She anticipated what I wanted better than I knew myself and retrospectively I am so glad I didn't move forward on the gut-job home. She was great at making me always feel like I was her priority and I'm still not convinced that she actually sleeps, as she answered me 7 days a week at all hours. You can tell she is passionate about her job and loves where she lives, and wants to help other people love it too.

The home I ended up in is my own private oasis and I could not be happier with the property, and my choice in a realtor.

Knowledgeable... responsive...honest...and a strong negotiator. She landed us our home for under list price while competing against another offer- in a cut-throat market. We bought in October and have called many times since. Her willingness to answer questions after the purchase was over made us feel like she truly cares and we were not simply a transaction. To top it off at X-mas time we were delivered a gift basket with my favorite cookies. This is someone you want in your corner- and I'm not just saying that in the hope for future cookies.

It was a tough and difficult market in trying to find the right home for my dad, my fiancé and myself that would be a great fit for all, and Jorie went above and beyond in trying to find this for us. She was always in contact either by texting, calling or emails. She spent so much time and was so patient and understanding that she made this whole process of buying a home in a tough market fell relaxed.

Jorie is ambitious, knowledgeable, pleasant and responded instantly, and never kept me wondering about anything. During viewings, she went the extra mile to explore things like alternative beach access, secondary exits from buildings, and even the surrounding neighborhood. She rose to the challenge of finding a place for me based on my vague description of a walking path i wished to be close to. She located the spot i wanted along this path, found an available home within metres of where i wanted to be…knocked it out of the park for unconventional ways to meet my needs! Very impressive! Jorie’s familiarity of each neighborhood means you wont get tunnel vision and lose sight of the bigger picture of the area, and the pros/cons of living there. I never got the sense that i was asking for too much even when i knew i was. Jorie remained positive and communicative throughout our experience together.
