For context, I'm a first time home buyer, and a nervous one at that. I had been looking at listings for a while before I reached out to Jorie, and had even considered skipping a realtor altogether when a few private sale opportunities popped up. There are no words for how glad I am that I snagged Jorie as my Agent. Within the first few minutes of talking to her at our first viewing, it was obvious that she was going to be able to answer the million questions I had about the buying process. The first house we viewed had more than a little 'character', and Jorie was quick to point out things that I didn't notice or know to look for. Any questions asked by us were met with a smile and an answer. When we found a house that we wanted to put an Offer on, Jorie kept on impressing. She was absolutely invaluable to us. She had a list of trusted inspectors in the area, and was able to help us organize all of the inspections, and their responses and reports back to us, AND go over each one sonthat we knew what to look for and what to worry about. To top it all off, Jorie was exceptionally handy innour negotiations with the seller and their agent. Polite, firm, and respectful of everybody's time and deadlines. If you need a knowledgeable, confident and incredibly personable realtor, you probably can't do better than Jorie.

Jorie knows her stuff. She was happy to answer all of my (many) questions and walked us through every step. As soon as we realized we needed to follow up on something or schedule a specific type of inspection, she was already getting in touch with someone for information before the conversation was over. Buying our first house is terrifying, but Jorie has been right there with us and made it all feel possible.

Professional, knowledgeable and kind! I am a first time solo home buyer in my twenties and was very intimidated by the prospect of buying a home. Jorie went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She answered questions quickly and indepth. If she didn't have the answer she wasn't afraid to tell us she didn't know and that she would find the answer...and she did. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with her. Jorie helped us to buy and sell a house. She walked us through both processes and kept us informed. She would answer contacts often within minutes. She found properties for us that fit our requirements and arranged viewings and also let us know what was expected of us when our house was being shown and how to show it to best advantage. Our real estate agent was Jorie who helped us purchased our house in Crown Isle in August. We appreciate all her times in helping us finding a place. it wasn’t easy and she never gave up, it took us about 2 months to find one that we like. It was quite a hectic times during the process of this purchase but she’s always there to help us every step of the way. She guided us and willing to explain over and over again with the purchase contract until we understand it. She’s super friendly, calm and very professional at what she does and for that we will never forget her. We highly recommend her to anyone out there who want to sell or purchase a place. Jorie was an absolute delight to work with!!! She was quick to respond (this was a huge deal for us) She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny and so supportive as we searched for our new home in a new to us town. She checked in when we needed it, provided valuable insight and worked her tail off to secure us our new home. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jorie. She had brutal honesty (when I asked) when it came to helping me pick a home out of the many I viewed. She prevented me from making a mistake by buying an ancient home with many issues when I was dead set on it initially, and instead pulled me to a home that I originally did not want to see, and ended up falling in love with it and purchasing! She anticipated what I wanted better than I knew myself and retrospectively I am so glad I didn't move forward on the gut-job home. She was great at making me always feel like I was her priority and I'm still not convinced that she actually sleeps, as she answered me 7 days a week at all hours. You can tell she is passionate about her job and loves where she lives, and wants to help other people love it too.

The home I ended up in is my own private oasis and I could not be happier with the property, and my choice in a realtor.
