I can confidently say Mustafa is my realtor. Having had a terrible experience with my prior realtor, working with Mustafa has completely changed my perspective. He ran the show in both selling my Kits apartment and helping me purchase my dream place in Yaletown. Though why Mustafa? I sold above asking (was on the market for just 5 days!), brought below list price. When listing my place he brought in professional videographers, photographers, a whole suite of marketing resources! On the buy-side, he's personable and asks all the right questions when we went to our viewings. Most importantly, he's a great person that you can trust.
