We cannot recommend Natalie enough as a real estate agent! As first time home buyers, my husband and I both needed and wanted a lot of support and education around how home ownership works, and what the best way for us to get into the market really was, based on listening to our experiences and needs. She was endlessly patient, answered all our questions really quickly, and was available to handle any concerns we had throughout a very unfamiliar process for us. She set up numerous viewings and went with us through every single one in one weekend, due to a time crunch. After seeing everything scheduled, we felt overwhelmed and a bit discouraged. When we found the home that we went on to purchase, and sent her the listing she got us in to see it immediately (on a weekday), and handled everything with such grace and kindness, as well as excellent negotiating and savvy, we know we maximised our purchase power. She remained available to us during the entire process, through inspection, escrow and closing - and even after possession, when a few questions came up!
