As first time home buyers, my husband and I both needed and wanted a lot of support and education around how home ownership works, and what the best way for us to get into the market really was, based on listening to our experiences and needs. She was endlessly patient, answered all our questions really quickly, and was available to handle any concerns we had throughout a very unfamiliar process for us. She set up numerous viewings and went with us through every single one in one weekend, due to a time crunch. After seeing everything scheduled, we felt overwhelmed and a bit discouraged.
