My family and I bought a pre-sale house back in 2022, and finally just had our possession date this June. We've had the pleasure of working with Michael for the past two years. He made the process of buying a pre-sale home much easier for me as a first-time home buyer, as he's shown us patience for all the questions we've had throughout the whole process. Mike is the BEST realtor out there. Buying a new home can be super complicated. However this is not the case with Mike. He made everything as stress free as it could possibly be. With Mike we not only found they right place for us, he also had all of his contacts lined up so every single step we had to go through was stress free. This included getting our financing sorted and the lawyer amongst other things all lined up for us. Mike knows his stuff and is extremely hard working. There is no other realtor to go with in the Lower Mainland, only Mike, end of story.

Mike's the best! Our home journey took us many months and he was always punctual, ultra professional and guided us along our long journey with infinite patience and never any pressure to upsize -- I think he was more prudent and respectful of our budget than we were! He actually made the intimidating process of househunting enjoyable as well as boosting our morale throughout the whole process as he's a very engaging, witty and fun person!
