I was referred to Brandon by my associate. It was a tough market for selling especially for condos but Brandon didn't leave any stone unturned. It was not a piece of cake for sure as he tried different strategies but market was on stand still. So we had to improvise, first by completing few touch ups in the unit. We still had to overcome lots of competition as other units were listed at lower price just to attract multiple buyers. Finally Brandon was able to get a buyer to view who originally was interested in the lower priced unit. He was able to convince then into sending an offer and spent 4 hours with them inspecting the unit. He was able to overcome each and every objection of the picky buyers they were and finally we had a firm accepted offer. Great job Brandon.
