My partner and I met Jark through a random open house we attended a couple months ago. We didn't show the strongest interest with this particular open house but he, however, was more interested in how he could help us. Whatever praise I sing about Jark it will never be enough. This fine young gentleman, was God sent. He came into our lives when we had the urgency to sell our house, which was caught in a complex situation. We also missed purchasing another house that we liked. Systematically, he guided us through both the processes of buying and selling, at the same time. My husband and I are seniors and did not have the courage to take any risk but his approach, confidence, persistence, consistency, organization and patience, helped solve problems for us, at both ends. One thing that I really liked about his professionalism, is that he never patronized us. He respected the other party, just as much as he held our interest. He negotiated skillfully but his fairness appealed to me. At both ends of selling and buying he skillfully negotiated better than what we were ready to settle for. His role as a realtor could have ended there but he took it further, to help us in more ways than one, to make our move easy for us. He physically helped my husband ,with clearing out tons of garbage, collected over years. He did not hesitate to climb into our crawl space, to check out the leaky roof. He came to our rescue ,when my husband got caught between two heavy bikes falling on him. He really won our hearts, big time. The Sale of a property is often a stressful process but Jark and his team made it a smooth and fun adventure. Jark and his team were there, when the buyers wanted to view the property late and early, when the photographer needed access and when we forgot our keys. When the staging company could not provide us with the appropriate staging furniture, Jark brought his own sofa.
