Jersey helped me tackle the tough space of condo presales. Not only was he able to get me a unit in the project that I wanted but I was able to get my first choice of unit as well! He has a great attitude and you can tell that real estate is his expertise, not just a side gig to make money. Thanks to his persistence and prompt responses to my questions, I was able to confidently move forward with the presale process. He gave me the advice of submitting my documents as early as possible in order secure my chances at getting my first selection. He was able to go through the developer’s disclosure statement with me page by page and explain it to me in Layman’s terms. Not many realtors will do that for you, or know how to explain the legal jargon in these types of documents. Jersey will be there with you every step of the way and won’t leave you hanging!

The journey to getting into the 1st listing and absolutely during the peak of sellers market, there was not even a single point in time where I felt we will not get a place which is affordable or is not in good quality. He made sure that I do the least worrying yet learn the market. Once we closed on the deal, it was the moment I realized this was indeed a fun endeavor and a whole learning process you go through. To be honest I did call other realtors too, but somehow the trust which I saw in Jersey, was a derivation of his character and the same I bet others would resonate if they worked with him to get their real-estate deal done or just for a random coffee break.
