We were incredibly lucky to have Deanna as our realtor. Being second time home buyers, we already had a bit of experience buying, but Deanna was able to add a lot more to the experience and help us with our first sale! In a tough buyer's market, she was able to advise us on the best way to sell our home. We ended up selling in less than a week, while other homes in our complex sat on the market (And are still sitting there as we speak). Her ability to work well with other realtors allowed us to sell at exactly the price we wanted, and haggle down on the townhome we wanted to purchase. We highly recommend Deanna's services! Edit: it's been 4 months since this review and none of the other comparable units in our previous complex have sold. Really lucky we went with Deanna!

So happy with our home! She was incredibly patient, answeing all our questions and just right there with us every step of the way. She gave honest opinions on what she felt fit us, what didn't fit us, and what our needs were. Cannot emphasize just how easy of a process she made it for my wife and I. As a first time home buyer the home buying process seemed overly complex and daunting. However Deanna helped make the process very easy for me. She was available at all times for questions and made every step of the way far easier than I had expected. Buying a home can be intimidating, especially as a first-time home buyer, but Deanna has made the whole process extremely seamless. From the moment we met she sat me down and walked me through the whole process step-by-step, and asked lots of detailed questions to ensure she knew exactly what I was looking for. On every tour Deanna showed up prepared and organized, and asked lots of questions to ensure we had all the relevant information need to make an informed decision on a property. Throughout the whole process Deanna was reassuring, encouraging, supportive, and resourceful. When I had questions she was readily available to answer them. When issues arose she remained calm and level-headed, presenting all the facts so we could problem-solve our way through them together. In the end she helped me secure something I love in this highly competitive market. I cannot recommend Deanna enough!
