William helped my partner and I secure a home in the toughest seller's market seen in decades. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. He scheduled countless public and private showings, attended those showings with us to point out deficiencies, and also analyzed strata documents for any red flags. Given the hot market and the lack of good inventory, we relied on his market evaluations for each bidding war that came with the properties we liked. With his guidance, our offers (with subjects) were near the top of the list each time. In fact, at one point, we were in the top 3 among 15 offers! After being out competed to multiple subject-free bids, he strategized with our mortgage broker and performed due diligence behind-the-scenes to improve the competitiveness of our offer. I can't say I've worked with anyone who is so genuinely patient and diligent to ensure that we get the perfect home. We strongly recommend William as an agent you can trust to make your purchasing journey smooth and rewarding.
