Having borrowed the services of a number of realtors before him, I can confidently say that William provides the most comprehensive and confidence inspiring property buying experiences that I have ever experienced. William is highly attentive, constantly confirming my needs and criteria to ensure that he is able to identify opportunities the moment they arise. My recent home search exemplifies these characteristics. After meeting him in June, my criteria had evolved over the course of my search. William has kept up, and has consistently provided sound advice with each listing that arose. After numerous of inquiries, showings, and in depth conversations, William had never pressured me to make an offer without ensuring that I was fully confident. With his help, I managed to find a near ideal property at an incredible price. After identifying the property as a winner mere 30 minutes after it was listed, he urged me to make time to see it before the scheduled open house. He pushed for a private showing, and after I gave the green light he drafted a solid offer with a watertight negotiation strategy. There were a flurry of back and forth exchanges, with conditions and amounts being tweaked, but William updated and consulted with me at every step of the way.
