I choose to market properties as if they were art pieces. Because like art, your house has an individual style. And I can make your home sparkle whether you have a small condo, townhouse, 1/2 duplex, detached house or sprawling waterfront luxury estate.
I'm creative in all facets of real estate, from unique custom made 4K cinematic films and marketing choices to presenting offers and counter offers in person whenever possible.
Presentation is everything and it's the driving force behind my 99.8% sales price to list price ratio. This is the percentage of list price I achieve on average for sellers. Essentially, top dollar in the fastest possible time. My passion and enthusiasm are also included by the way!!
It's never about how many deals I close or the amount of real estate awards I garner and flaunt. That's not my style. As Tyler Durden says "You do not talk about Fight Club!" I don't do real estate for awards. I just want to keep selling houses while offering you my guidance with great integrity and your best interests at heart.
Taking on a limited number of properties at a time allows me to devote the attention that you, your home and your future property deserve.
