Harry is simply the BEST realtor! From the very beginning of our partnership he was very careful to listen to our needs and modify the listings he showed us based on our feedback. We were moving from Vancouver (so expensive!) to Surrey and wanted a realtor who was local and knew the market. Harry found properties for us to view I had not seen listed anywhere else. He never pushed us in a direction or used any sales pressure to get us to make an offer until we were ready. When we did make an offer he saved us many thousands of $$ which is not easy in today's market. Harry is a real gentleman and you would be lucky to have him on your team to find your new home. Harry helped us buy are first home (townhouse) in Canada. Some of the few attributes that I would like highlight of Harry are, - Importance of first met: First meeting with Harry is most crucial, this meeting is not just about dry subject of no. of bedrooms or budget, but he went over & above to understand the our schedules, interests, hobbies, etc. Bcos of this knack for minute details, he helped us in zeroing on the location based on distance to office, parks & recreational centres, etc. -Spoiled with options: Harry’s amazing networking skills made us possible to view at least 6-7 houses every weekend. - Never say never: We are working parents with young kids, thus connectivity and yet being near to nature/open spaces was important us. Making it a tricky combination. Harry took that as a challenge. - Over & above: He not only helped us find the house, helped us getting connected to right people for mortgage and legal services to make the dream home reality.
