Real estate has always been part of my life. Growing up in a real estate family, I developed a deep understanding and interest in the business early on. Over the past six years, I’ve turned that passion into a blossoming career, helping clients navigate successful sales, purchases, and investments all while continuously refining my skills and listening to and adapting to market trends. Every day, I strive to learn something new to improve myself and better serve my clients.

The exceptional support and professionalism of Diko and the Karakas Team behind him made possible an unimaginably quick sale of a challenging property. We couldn’t be more thrilled! We first met Diko after he left his brochure on our father’s doorstep and my father contacted him for a potential sale of his townhome. We were truly impressed with Diko’s genuine and friendly qualities and although my father didn’t engage him with his property, we thought his energy along with what we perceived to be a detailed and analytic mind would be perfect to represent us on a potentially challenging sale of a 40 year old 2bed 1bath condo without in-suite laundry in a building with multiple units on the market sitting unsold. And we weren’t wrong. We brought him into the process at the very beginning of a months long renovation and leveraged his market knowledge to provide guidance into what renovations would bring the highest buyer interest and market value. Diko gave only realistic guidance and even pointed out positives in some very dated fixtures to help give us all options for renovations. He gave us potential market values that we used to decide on the scope of the renovations, and he made sure we wouldn’t find ourselves stressing too much about the renovations—he was actually concerned about our well-being! When it came to actually selling the condo, Diko included staging, a fantastic video, professional photography that went with a very luxurious brochure. Despite the fact that our unit was older and considered entry level did not cause Diko to compromise in giving us everything he offers his higher end properties. The property truly looked luxurious under his direction. The result was a sale (over asking!) after only 2 days on the market. We couldn’t imagine a better result and truly believe Diko and Team Karakas made this possible.

Diko has been a huge help with purchasing my apartment. Being a new buyer, I had no idea what how much work there was, and how little I knew. Out of all my experience with real estate agent, Diko was by far the most different and nice agent I've met. He would sit you down and understand your needs and wants before he jump into the topic, when you speak with him, you will feel that you can take your time and think before you make any decision. Also, Diko does not get annoyed (like other agent who will ghost you) after if you end up changing your mind, I had a period of time where I was looking for a place, but I paused for the next 6-7 months and I reached out to him later again, and he still provided me the same energy and service but knowing that I could be just looking again. His goal is to make sure myself, or his client is happy with the option that he provided, and when I none of the option matches my wants, he does not get offended but would work even harder and do more research on what I was looking for. He is the most responsible, thoughtful and patience agent I've ever worked with. He would spend hours and days to work with me, made sure I choose the right developers, have good reputation, and choosing the right location as well, he would do a lot of open house viewing and/or going back and forth, but the end of the day he helped me secured my dream home.
