When I was searching for a new home for my young family, I was overwhelmed with realtors asking for my email so they could simply send me links and let me handle most of the work. While this was somewhat helpful, I was already keeping up with new listings every day. When I contacted David, I explained that this was a new and important experience for us, and we needed someone who could be fully engaged, taking on the heavy lifting while guiding us through this exciting yet stressful time in our lives. I met with David on a Thursday at his beautiful office, and we spent some time getting to know each other. During our meeting, David outlined the plan, explained the fees we should expect, and walked us through the entire process. That very weekend, my wife and I toured five or six different places, but we quickly fell in love with the first one we saw on Saturday. By Monday evening, we had made an offer, and by Tuesday, we had a deal closed. Over those three days, I must have sent David over 500 messages, with even more in the weeks that followed. David was completely hands-on, making every appointment we requested, and even brought his family along to one of them so we could see the unit for a third time after closing. David and his team are the ones you want on your side. Without a doubt, this was the easiest experience I’ve ever had with any major life decision.
