I asked for it to be 2 bedroom, over 800 square feet, and in the Burnaby/Vancouver area. Our first realtor brought us everywhere, from one side of Burnaby to the other. Then around Vancouver. The homes were a lot older, and we wanted something modern. So we decided to try David out! We met him up to discuss what we wanted, and he had already set up a few viewings the next day. He showed us listings available, and ones in the same building or area that just sold to compare prices. He even read out strata rules and told us everything before purchase. We found the perfect apartment and David was able to make the deal on the first day! He had to leave town for the few days, but always replied right away when we would call or msg him.
