This review speaks about character: We did not use a realtor to buy our home because it was listed through Property Guys. BIG MISTAKE!!! The process was stressful, anxiety prone and just plain awful for me and my wife. When our backs were against the wall, we called David and even though he made ZERO commission, he filled out some crucial forms for us at midnight, after a 12 hour day!!! He double checked our deal before we sent in to our Notary for approval. He was a real friend in need and he did it all simply because he is a nice guy. He made no money from us and he still called everyday to see how things were going and that, my friends is why you should use this man. He cares about you. He is good people.
