Nearly every client of mine is introduced to me by someone else; someone that new client really trusts. And the thing I'm told most often by people when they first reach out to me is that they were told "Braden is always honest with you and will always make sure you make a good decision". That's a wonderful thing, and it's a tremendous honor.
In sixteen years of real estate, it's clear that people always want at least the following three things in their realtor:
1. Unquestionable integrity. Being honest, but more than than. They want their agent to understand them, their needs, and their descision-making process. Trust is built on understanding someone.
2. High-level expertise. An agent who understands the market, knows what to look for in a property, knows how to spot things to avoid, and can advise and negotiate with elite skill.
3. A personable expertise. Buying your first home, selling for the first time, moving from one home to another... these are all big processes. And having an agent who understands what you're experiencing and who can allieviate stress or anxiety and make the process enjoyable and relaxed is crucial.
