My business is people and connecting them to what they want. It's challenging and extremely rewarding. In the end, it's the positive connections we make that add up to a life well lived, and it's the small things done well every day that make the biggest difference.

As a long-time North Shore resident, I know these neighbourhoods inside and out. Outside of real estate, I serve on the National Board of Directors of the Kidney Foundation of Canada.

BRENDEN TORRELL, PREC*

I'm social by nature. As a kid I made friends anywhere and everywhere, and that skill is at the heart of what I do: negotiating for our clients with people of all kinds, in all kinds of situations. Understanding people is my strong point.

I grew up on the North Shore and know the character and value of every neighbourhood. (I've also played on pretty much every ball field and basketball court it has.) I follow the market closely: its ebb and flow, its trends, and the opportunities that shift daily.

My sports background gave me a need to win, and I bring it to every deal. I'm up at 5 a.m. most days, balancing our family business with my own growing family: a daughter and twin boys. I know it's the little things, done consistently well, that lead to success.

DANA TORRELL, REALTOR®

I'm an all-in sort of person. When I care about something, I'm on it, and I like to be put to the test. (My mother confirms this has been true since the day I was born.)

I earned my BBA in Marketing at Capilano University, then sharpened my sales skills in Vancouver's food and wine industry, managing over 100 accounts. My heart has always been on the North Shore, with the people who share this community, so joining our family team was a natural fit. I love getting to know our clients and what truly matters to them.
