There were MANY places I considered and she warned me she could not ethically recommend to purchase for various reasons she would explain at length. My first and foremost value was around pet restrictions as my dog is my everything. She went so far as to double check even into the nitty gritty and case law precedents around animal rights in the home their person purchases!!! For that alone Kit would have my undying loyalty as as realtor, but she has (still!!! even after the accepted offer!!) stood by me, actively helping me attend to all next steps. As a first-time home owner I admittedly feel a bit overwhelmed with a million details swirling through my mind. To name but a few: Kit has continued to follow up by setting up a home inspection for me, a lawyer for conveyancing, providing options regarding home security, asked for samples from flooring companies regarding reno work I would like to do, literally chauffered me around the entire process to all places we checked out and now even still to double check floor samples in the home. She is just so real as as human being, the world is so much better because she is in it. She makes sure you really are going to be on a strong footing in the next steps of your journey, along with all those you take with you, including your fur babies! Kit is probably the most patient, community minded and client focussed realtor out there. We first reached out to Kit in 2021 when we were exploring buying our first home. I am self-employed which added some challenges and delays to the process but Kit checked in with us every few months but never made us feel pressured. When the time finally came, she was on it! She listened to our wish list, helped us through a lengthy process of buying a property involved in probate and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way .
