Mike Cook is like a rock star among... Well realtors. After dealing with multiple realtors in the past, I can honestly say Mike is a game changer and he is not just the best smile in real estate. From our first "20minute" meeting, that ended after 2hours of laughter and discussion we could tell Mike was the right guy. And he did not disappoint, he put in double sometimes triple the hours at our open houses then any other realtor in the neighborhood. Took us to countless showings and was so patient and knowledgeable. He actually enjoys reading strata documents and reports which steered him to encourage me out of potential bad investments and helped me find a sound well kept/managed property. And this guy writes some pretty epic contracts, saving thousands of dollars. He's honest, charismatic, straight forward, hard working, hilarious and a pleasure to work with....
