Realtor in British Columbia and based in South Surrey/White Rock areas, I specialize in residential real estate, both resale and new construction. I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industries in BC. I’m also trained as a paralegal and have practiced in corporate law, wills & estates, and real estate. In addition, I am a researcher of different types of properties and communities as well as new developments in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley. ...

I have a passion for development and have sold many presales and newly built properties from large to smaller developers in many areas such as New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, South Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack just to name a few. My business model is mostly based on referrals from past clients as well as from various business communities to which I am engaged. I also work with investment properties in Florida, California and other parts of the US via cross-border referral networks.

Back in 2020, along with most of workers, I got layoff during the pandemic. When was time to come back to work I was relocated to BC from ON and had only a couple of months to get my house sold in Ontario and find a new one in BC for my family.
