Realtor in British Columbia and based in South Surrey/White Rock areas, I specialize in residential real estate, both resale and new construction. I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industries in BC. I’m also trained as a paralegal and have practiced in corporate law, wills & estates, and real estate. In addition, I am a researcher of different types of properties and communities as well as new developments in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley. I love the concept of land development and the idea of building new communities for the people of BC.

I have a passion for development and have sold many presales and newly built properties from large to smaller developers in many areas such as New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, South Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack just to name a few. My business model is mostly based on referrals from past clients as well as from various business communities to which I am engaged.
