If you want a realtor who doesn't care about you, and only wants to make money, then look for someone else because Joe is far from that. Working with Joe has been absolutely a fun ride really. Not only did I gain a trustworthy realtor, but I have gained a friend along the way. I get stress easily, and working with me is not the easiest thing to do; but I kid you not, this guy makes the process of real estate so easy and seamless. Not only will he help you find a home, he also help you if you have any questions after finding a home for you and after move in. This is what you want from a realtor. Not to mention, after finding realtors in the past, I have never use their service again because they only have greed for money and will not help you if you need help after moving in.
If you want a realtor who is trustworthy, make your life easy, gives you the BEST price when it comes to buying and selling a home, professional, and look at your BEST interest then go for him; Joe is absolutely IRREPLACEABLE and I would NOT consider hiring anyone else as long as I live.
