I’m Joe Lee PREC*, a Real Estate Advisor with Real Broker, and my real estate career began on the development side—working with some of the most respected names in the industry including Concord Pacific, Bosa Properties, Cressey Development, and Beedie Group just to name a few. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of how homes are built, marketed, and valued from the inside out.
