Jill was the sales person for my property on Salt Spring Island. BC a few years ago. She used several overhead shots of the property very effectively and was relentless regarding follow ups. She was devoted to getting the best price for the property.

We were exploring a move out of Squamish and Jill was willing to spend the day with us in the city to look at places (our request) and get a feel for city living and look at a few places we were interested in seeing. Jill also was able to add to our list of homes to view on our tour. She was knowledgeable and did research in advance on the areas we were interested in viewing. She created a days itinerary on places for us to view and timing for the day was perfect. Jill made a great connection with all the city realtors we met on our tour. Even though we decided not to sell our house and buy in the city at this time we would 100% use Jill as our selling and buying agent when the time is right for us to make a move. At no time did we ever feel pressured to make a decision either way, she gave us the time we needed to make our own decision.
