Kelly Fry is a Realtor® who is also a Chartered Accountant. She is originally from Montreal where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy at McGill University. Her love for numbers has made her a natural at analyzing real estate deals.

Kelly ran her own business for 10 years after she left her position in public practice. It was during that time that she ventured into real estate investing. Kelly went from building a real estate portfolio of 4 properties to almost 50 properties within 4 years. Her largest deals include raising over a million dollars for the the acquisition of an 11 acre parcel of land in Mission, BC to purchasing a $1.080 million dollar condo converted building in Red Deer at wholesale with only $12,000 down and retailed out most of the units and joint ventured on the others.

We met Tanya Croteau at an Easter egg hunt where the Keller Williams team had a table. We were drawn to her immediately. Partly due to the company’s charitable activities in the community, but ultimately it was her willingness to work that impressed us. Tanya helped us buy our second home in an incredibly daunting seller’s market. If we had to do it again, we would honestly not hesitate to use her. Buying a home, no matter the market can be stressful and we were glad to have Tanya helping us through the arduous process. She had the patience of a saint, and didn’t hesitate to help in any way including babysitting. If not for her reassurances and gentle nudging, we probably still wouldn’t have a house. That being said she never pushed or pressured us into anything. Only advised us of the best course of action for each situation. We can be very picky and stubborn people, she stuck by us regardless. Most of the homes in our price range were older or had fairly major problems. we relied on Tanya’s expertise and background to understand the scope of problems and how we should factor them into our offers. When it was clear that we were getting priced out of the crazy market in our areas during the intense summer market of 2016, Tanya suggested looking in other neighborhoods. We ended up buying in a great part of Mission and were able to stay within our initial budget. We are happy to recommend Tanya, especially to any home buyers in need of some extra hand-holding.

Listed on a Wednesday night, two views on Thursday, two views on Friday, 95 people through on an Open House on Saturday and on Sunday they stopped counting at 75 people through (thanks to great signage, videos on FB and delivering of flyers in the neighborhood). We had 3 offers on Sunday night, all above listing price. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I have never had an agent (and her team) work so hard for me before.Thank you.
