Tim was extremely experienced and thoughtful in helping us purchase our first home. At first, we planned to buy a townhouse with one bath room. But later Tim advised to us to look for those with two bath rooms instead since that would be better for a family with 2 kids in a long term. And that turns out to be the best decision we made. This is the second Tim helped us purchase a home, and Tim was absolutely amazing. As first time home buyers, Tim did an excellent job of guiding us through this very complex experience. He has an efficient property searching tool that help us filter through different properties. At first, we were looking for a townhouse but then we were searching more toward a house. Tim helped us adjust the filter and it works great! We didn’t want to feel rushed to buy our investment property, as we have had multiple friends who felt they were pressured and rushed throughout the process by their realtors. Tim was is patient, trustworthy with no pressure at all. He explained everything to us in simple terms so we could understand and make more informed decisions. Tim was always available by call or text/email when we had questions and was very on top of research & scheduling viewings when we were busy with our personal lives. He is very experienced in terms of pricing and negotiating, he always try to do beyond what we ask for and make sure we get the best out of the contract. For example, he suggest us to ask for a price reduce instead of repairing so that it saves us another $3000. When we had our offer accepted, he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth process. We would definitely working with Tim again in the near future.
