My family and I have sold a few homes with Josh now and he continues to impress us more and more each time we work with him. I currently just sold my business and with a few obstacles to tackle along the way, I never felt more comfortable and confident knowing I had Josh by my side to help bring this chapter to a close. It was an emotional journey but Josh was available anytime, any day, despite having a family of his own. His dedication to his clients goes above and beyond annyones expectations and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. He took the time to explain to us all of our options to the best of his ability, while being patient in understanding he would support whatever decision we made. After some initial market research and interviewing several realtors we selected Josh to guide us through the finding and purchase of a home in the Okanagan. When we began we told him that our past home purchases involved lengthy searches of dozens of listings and took over a year. Josh is a very dynamic real estate agent. He gets to those new listings quickly to give you the options of showing the houses on your bucketlist so you can make the right decision on choosing the best house. Great experience with Josh. He was very patient with us as we travelled in to visit properties early on. He sent us only properties he knew would interest us to our emails on a regular basis while we were looking from a distance. Was great to show us properties in multiple locations and was flexible with our work schedules when viewing homes. He found us out forever home!
