Charlie has been amazing to work with over the years, and he definitely puts the clients needs first. He listens attentively, and his knowledge on the housing market is extensive in order to best serve his client. He's talked me out of deals I wanted, that I would have eventually regretted - so I appreciate that he will continue searching for the perfect home for his clients, and not just settle. He looks to build long-term relationships with his clients and their families, and not just make a quick sale or purchase.
