Sheldon went beyond our expectations. Because we were moving from BC, we were unable to be in Edmonton; although, we did come twice to look at houses. He was willing to communicate with us via Internet, Facebook and texting. The ease of this communication was outstanding; we never had to wait for a response. The two visits we made to Edmonton turned out to be fruitless (largely because the sale of our condo in Surrey was difficult). Nevertheless, Sheldon was willing to do virtual tours with us. By this point Sheldon new what we were looking for, specifically highlight certain features as he toured prospective homes based on the comments and questions he noticed we had made when we toured homes together in person. He truly listened to us and fully understood what we were looking for (perhaps better than we did!) For example, strange smells, bathtub size, sump pumps, wall size, quiet and friendly neighbourhoods. It turns out that the house we purchased was one which Sheldon toured with us virtually—the first time we saw it was when we finally arrived from BC, after purchasing it. And it's the perfect house for us. What impressed me most of all was that Sheldon took us under his wings and took care of us. He listened to our concerns and navigated us through the choppy waters of interprovincial real estate woes. I can't praise Sheldon enough for the care he gave us and his attention to detail. I will most certainly recommend him to anyone needing real estate service.

Sheldon was fantastic! We moved from BC to Alberta and had a heck of a time finding a place as we could only look for a couple of days then return. The market was hopping and we weren't able to land on the property we wanted while we were in AB but Sheldon toured us through some alternates virtually and we went with one of them and got it!
