Melissa Lavender came into our lives at a time when we needed her most. We had reached a point in our lives that it was time to let the house go after twenty five years. We were at the tail end of renovations and we weren't in a position health wise or financially to complete what we had started. Would like to thank Steve and all his associates for a wonderful listing and successful sale of 105 Cronsberry. It was a very difficult time for us, and Steve and his team, helped they were their at a moment’s notice, to solve problems, such as calling a plumber to fix a leak that we did not even know about, after the purchasers noticed a flood on one of their visits, and sending one of his team to remove a lot of stuff that people said they would take before closing and then didn’t and we had no way of removing it. We believe his approach to the listing and sale ultimately got us what we were looking for in price, though we were had to pay the purchasers an amount to help offset the septic failure, it still was considered successful. I don't even know where to begin. We decided we were going to sell in one of the toughest sellers markets Ontario,Canada, has seen. Fall of 2025. We were already waist deep building our new house, and were ready to sell our old one, despite what the market threw at us. We went with Steve and his team, and to say we were lucky would be undermining the whole process. I called Steve and said " Steve, we need our house on the market, like, yesterday!" He said "Absolutely, let's do this!" And everything after that was a blur! He took the reigns and got our house staged through Tambrie, photographed and listed within a week of me calling. I had 6000 questions and he made sure to answer every single one like I was his only client (when in reality he had like 8 other seller listings appear just in the first week alone). I never felt left out. We came up with a plan to sell and we sold within 3 weeks of listing, with multiple offers. He has a plan. Him and his team commit to it. Good things happen. He always had something up his sleeve to help things go in our favor. We couldn't be happier that we made the choice to go with him and his team.
