Adam is one of the best in his job. He is patient, responsive, punctual and very helpful. When I used his services I didn't feel that he just wanted to sell something. He really helped us to find our favorite place and we are very happy for choosing him as our realtor.

I chose Adam from four prospective agents particularly because of his experience. Adam was very responsive and available. He was very knowledgeable about the property and his experience was very helpful in decision making. The negotiations process was intense but his worthy advice helped me to be successful. A very satisfying transaction.

Shopping for a house with Adam was an excellent experience. As first time home buyers he walked us through the whole process and was available pretty much anytime time of the day to answer anyone of our thousand questions.... thanks again Adam. Further to his knowledge of being able to answere all our questions. He always was willing to offer his honest opinion as to what he thinks the market is doing and if the house that we were looking at that day was going to be a good investment for the area and whether or not he thought it will meet our needs and more importantly our expectations. If it wasn't for his advice and guidance we wouldn't be in our lovely home that we absolutely cherish. The "Adam Wahed experience" as he calls it, is a cut above the rest in our opinion. The extras that he does for you really helps with the stresses of buying a home as well as the extremely high stresses of moving. Not having to worry about hiring a moving company or convince or bribing your friends with beer and pizza to come help you move is just one of the many things that Adam does that is above and beyond what others do. We've recommend Adam to both our family and friends and not single one of them have had a complaint about experience either. If we ever decided to move again we will most definitely be contacting Adam to help us through the next process of busying and selling a home. Thanks again for all your hard work and input Adam! We have sold a lot of homes over the years with mostly good realtors, however Adam is probably the only one we would recommend. He really is interested in his clients and is always available to listen to them. Highly recommend.

If you need a realtor, I doubt there is a better one. AAA service, he will fight for you, and will be honest with you, even if it is to his detriment.

We have used Adam as our realtor for over 10 years now and highly recommend his services. He is extremely knowledgeable in his market and a strong negotiator. He has consistently come in above our bottom line number and below our top line number when buying and selling. He works very hard no matter the purchase or sale price and is extremely professional in his business dealings. We recently bought in a different market and were unable to use Adam's services due to where we had purchased and we felt that the realtor we used simply did not have Adams negotiation skills.

Adam was very helpful with the purchase of our new home.  He was able to close the deal on short notice and was always there for us when questions came up.  I would highly recommend Adam for your future real estate needs whether it be selling or buying.  I liked the fact that we could sign all of the paperwork on his IPad - very convenient and fast.
