Dallin recently helped us selling our place and buying a new property. He is knowledgeable about the market and always makes us feel we are a priority. The selling part was not very easy and we, as sellers were somehow losing hope but he continued to give us encouragement and support. He is patient and he dealt with every situation calmly. The buying part on the other hand may have not been that difficult but there were also some challenges but then again not only he managed to work the best way he can to make things happen.. he's always been positive about pretty much everything and honestly that helps a lot. This is our 2nd time working together and will always choose Dallin in the next purchase (should we decide on purchasing again) or even selling. After meeting Dallin for the first time, his professionalism definitely jumped out from the others . He is very thorough and very organized. Dallin recently helped me and my husband with our property purchase. I have a really long story to tell and perhaps space won't be enough. First off, I am extremely amazed on how Dallin worked and continue to work. He is very dedicated, professional, always punctual and really calm and kind. I never knew what to expect although as a client, I have expectations myself. When I first saw one of his ads I emailed and called him. He answered me very promptly and ever since he has been on top of things. He was never pushy. He has always given me/us the space when needed but he makes sure that he reaches out, shows interest and always willing to help. He is AMAZING! He has exceeded my expectations. He even went out of his way to really make sure his client is happy and satisfied. Not only he is knowledgeable of the market (previous and current) also he makes sure he knows even small details of a property. We've checked so many places and each time we view a property, he has everything ready for us. He's always prepared to answer all inquiries we have. Our experience is very rare and probably one of the most challenging experiences Dallin had ever faced. Yet he remained resilient, patient and calm. It makes a huge difference on the way a real estate agent approaches things. We will definitely keep him for the next purchase(s). I would highly recommend him (already did with my fam/friends). Overall great person to work with. Bought my townhouse though Dallin after meeting him though an open house visit. Super friendly and really easy to work with. Made every step of the process super easy for us and was extremely clear on where we would be heading step after step. Would highly recommend.
