I recently moved to Edmonton from Nova Scotia. Robert Hasek was my Realtor and I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the best experience I've ever had buying a house. I would highly recommend him to everyone! He is so very personable, knowledgeable, professional and will go out of his way to help his clients. I only had 1 week in Edmonton to find a house and he dedicated the entire week to helping me out, in addition to all the correspondence and helpful tips he gave me for months prior to my arrival. Buying a house in a city where you've never been is a very nerve-wracking experience; however, Rob provided me with so much helpful feedback along the way that I was able to find a house that met all my needs. He was able to accurately identify and assess my needs and priorities and then used his vast knowledge of the city and his expertise in real estate to help me find the perfect house in the most suitable (and affordable) location for me. I've been here for a few months now and have learned a lot about the city and have absolutely no regrets with my choice. I love my house and can't imagine a better location for me! In addition to helping me buy my Edmonton house, Rob also provided me with valuable information that helped with the sale of my house in Nova Scotia. If it wasn't for his advice, which my realtor in NS followed, my deal there would have fallen through and I may have lost my house here. Robert Hasek was fantastic. He worked very hard to find us the perfect apartment. I would recommend Robert to anyone who is looking to buy a property in Edmonton and surrounding area. Without Robert's dedication we would probably still be looking ... or would have purchase something we settled on, instead of a place that we loved. His due diligence, knowledge, and professional manner ensured that we would not go into a deal that we would regret down the road. We appreciate him and have gained a friend through this process. He always had our best interest in mind and he made that his number one priority.

Dealing with Robert was a 100% positive experience, from his personality to his professionalism. I did get an impression that Robert was sincerely acting in our best interests throughout the journey of buying ouf first house. He readily shared with his experience to help us in our decision making and if the house had some hidden issues or might be difficult to resale Robert didn't hesitate to express his concerns, which was very helpful. But at the same time he was NOT trying to push us to a decision or sell something that he thinks would be good for us. He was also very accommodating in terms of getting a hold of him as well as dealing with the corresponding paperwork. I cannot think what else could've been added to make our experience with this important purchase better. In the end I will mention that I'm very grateful to Robert for his initiative to provide his customers with a 'courtesy trailer service'. On the day we were moving Robert brought his trailer which was big enough to fit all our stuff in and helped with loading and unloading. All free of charge. I should also add that I don't have experience dealing with other realtors in Edmonton, but if I'm asked whether I would recommend Robert I will say 100% yes. Big thank you to Robert for his work!

Rob Hasek has helped me and members of my extended family to buy houses in Edmonton. He is not only knowledgeable about the process and real estate, but his extended knowledge about construction and renovations is extremely helpful in critically evaluating homes. Angela and l went on a wild ride to find me my home. We sifted through lots of dumps (LOL) and finally found one. Thanks to Angela's advice to have the condo documents read she saved me thousands of dollars and then off we went again. Next time l was out of town but still looking at the listings. By this time she pretty much knew what l was looking for so when the next one came up l frantically called her saying you have to go and look at this, l think this is the one. So she actually made an appointment, went over, took pictures and sent them to me. Thank goodness for that or l would not be in my home if she did not do that for me.
