Crystal Quan was extremely helpful in all areas of my purchase. She very successfully helped me to negotiate the purchase price; deal with deficiencies after the property inspection and help out with obtaining services (lawyer, trades, etc.). I emailed the agent to ask a simple question about the size of the garage door. Sad to say agents are to stupid to include the information. Nancy Sikka was to lazy to get the information on her listing. Find a better real estate company yo deal with.
