I’ve spent much of my career in real estate—selling hundreds of homes, building and leading an independent brokerage, mentoring other professionals, and helping clients navigate moves that were rarely as simple as they first appeared.

Along the way, I’ve learned what I’m good at.

I’m a strategist and a problem solver. I see things others sometimes miss, I’m comfortable asking difficult questions, and when a situation gets complicated, I tend to get more focused, not less. I know how to bring clarity to a decision, anticipate problems before they become expensive ones, and find a way forward when the obvious answer isn’t necessarily the right one.

But experience has also taught me what matters.

Real estate isn’t really about houses. It’s about people—their families, their plans, their finances, their uncertainty, and whatever is prompting them to make a change. My job is to understand what matters to you, give you clear and thoughtful advice, protect your interests, and help you make decisions you’ll feel good about long after the transaction is over.

Today, I bring that experience and perspective to my work with clients in Greater Victoria. I’m not particularly interested in making real estate more complicated, making myself the centre of the story, or doing something simply because it’s the way it has always been done.

I want to do good work, with good people, and be genuinely useful when the stakes are high.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing hockey, hiking the trails around Victoria, or at home in Oak Bay with my wife, two teenagers and two bulldogs who remain firmly convinced they run the place.
