Scott has been in Sales and Marketing for over 25 years, from his first window washing business with his cousin as a young ambitious kid, to starting out his own car cleaning business at the REMAX office.

Thinking back on 2018 comes with a feeling of appreciation and gratitude, in a professional sense our team enjoyed helping 77 families, friends and long term clients make a move. We also saw a transition in the market place of a sellers’ market to a more balanced state giving some buyers a better opportunity to purchase the home of their choice.

On a personal level, Scott’s family also met their 2nd girl, Brynn born in February,2018, their oldest daughter Briar is also enjoying her time at Montessori a couple days a week. A balanced work family schedule as a realtor can sometimes be a challenge, although Scott has the support of Jaime who enjoys every minute of being a mom. The family did a bit of travelling this summer with road-trips in their motorhome to both Yosemite National park and the Grand Canyon (with many stops at playgrounds on the way).

In October Scott had another opportunity to travel to Europe with a group of RE/MAX realtors from Western Canada. An annual event with a group of likeminded Realtors/Hockey players where they played in Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. It may sound odd to some, but these peers continue to be great friends who Scott can call whenever he needs great business advice.

Scott also was presented a plaque from REMAX of Nanaimo, celebrating this big milestone of working with RE/MAX of Nanaimo for 15 years! He also received The Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX.
