Hello I found a really nice house last month through Realtor Jung. It was my first time buying a house. Naturally, I didn't know anything about houses and didn't know how important other external factors were to a house. Although I didn't know anything about houses, Jung explained things slowly and easily. He provided me with advanced information about the house's structural materials, kitchen appliances, and information about the house's location. The first viewing was really without any information or criteria. I couldn't choose anything. However, even in this situation, Jung calmly continued his explanation. He didn't do just one viewing. He did many viewings over many days, but he was always calm and kind. A house is both a place to live and an asset. He had a lot of knowledge and experience in assessing the value of an asset. He knew and explained people's preferences and perceptions of the community. It seemed like he was trying to fit everything into me. The time and place for the viewing, etc. But what was impressive was that he checked my reactions on his own. He caught the elements I liked and after a few showings, he introduced a house to view that suited my taste. My satisfaction with the viewing naturally increased and as I gradually found what I wanted and narrowed down the scope, the current house appeared. Other people wanted it as much as I wanted it. He acted quickly. He contacted the other realtor and tried to get a good direction for building rapport and transaction. Even if I liked it, there was a lot of process to make it my home, but he took care of it. I am a person who was thinking of buying my first home. And I am a person who worries a lot. The more one knows, the more one worries. I relied on him a lot. I thought he was an expert when it came to houses. He lived up to my expectations. He resolved my concerns about the house well and answered difficult questions sincerely during the paperwork. I usually don't write reviews. I take the convenience I receive for granted. However, it is unusual and there is a clear reason for me to write such a short review. It was because he helped me so impressively and resulted in me getting the best house. I think the way my review is proven is when new clients contact him and he becomes their dream homebuying partner. When it comes to the biggest purchase, buying a home, if a realtor is essential to finding the home of your dreams, then someone like him is there for you.
