As first home buyers, working with Garret was one of the most memorable experiences. He was always available to answer questions and helped guide us through the process so everything went smoothly. Why ? because he can read the mind of his clients and sure to get them what they need without wasting his time and their time on houses that they don't want to see ( if it not matching there option). As I'm very picky persons and annoying ( by asking many questions ) Garret was more than able to accommodate my concerns and questions as a first time home buyer with tons of advises and consultations. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us on our first purchase ever. Garret was always making sure we were in contact even on the evenings and weekends when we had so many questions. He was personable, great with our very active children and kept us in the loop the whole time. Of course our deal didn’t go as planned and he parked his butt outside the realty office in anticipation for us to get the keys, wasting no time in getting us our home. If you want a down to earth relatable guy who just wants to see you succeed and get you into the perfect house, give this guy a shout!
