Navid went above and beyond in my search for a home. He made sure my every need was met and presented himself in a professional manner throughout the whole process.

Downsizing to the perfect home was a really important move for me. I had been living in my WV home for over 20 years! Navid went above and beyond for finding me the perfect property. Not only that but he was able to do so in my budget–which these days can be so hard! The selling process of my home was non-dreadful which was great. He was always quick to answer my messages and didn’t let days go by to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience, I cant say many have had a seamless experience with the housing market however working with Navid really made everything as smooth as possible! Thank you!

Behroyan & Associates Real Estate was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite multiple attempts to approach them about the frequent parties that lasted until the early hours of the morning with loud music and indoor smoking, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive. As a family with a young daughter, we could not tolerate the negative impact on our health and well-being any longer. Despite multiple attempts to approach them, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive of our concerns. Even more concerning was the fact that these parties were taking place during the COVID-19 lockdown, and they blatantly disregarded public safety protocols. It seemed not to be a big deal to them. As a former resident and someone who has experienced firsthand the complete lack of consideration for their neighbours and the arrogance of their business, I strongly advise against doing business with Behroyan & Associates Real Estate Services. Please choose a more respectful and considerate business that prioritizes the well-being and comfort of their neighbours.

I have worked with Navid Behroyan in the past and find him to be honest, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Naz Behroyan who was exceptional. She showed me numerous listings and spent hours getting to know whaty needs and wants were before helping me find my forever home. She is extremely professional, attentive and always punctual and easy to reach. She is also a shark negotiator and fought tooth and nail in-order to get us below market price and perks with our new home. I am so glad to have worked with Naz and who highly recommend her for anyone's future purchases. It was a stress free transaction knowing she was on my side.
