If you need a realtor, please call Alice! She took the time to understand my wants and needs and navigated with me for 4 months through this crazy real estate market in the lower mainland. Alice was incredibly supportive, detail orientated, thorough and punctual to all my questions and concerns so I wasn't at a disadvantage in any aspect during the process.
