I'm Thomas Ungerer, a REALTOR® based in Port Moody, proudly helping buyers and sellers throughout the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Greater Vancouver.
Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it's about helping people make confident decisions during some of the biggest financial moments of their lives. My goal is simple: make the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible while delivering exceptional results.
Outside of real estate, I'm an endurance athlete and trail runner. I've completed Ironman Canada three times and regularly compete in trail races ranging from 50K to 100K. The discipline, preparation, and perseverance required in endurance sports are the same qualities I bring to every client and every transaction.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring local trails with my wife, travelling, planning our next adventure, practicing photography, or spending time at home with our two cats.

My wife and I met Thomas while he was showing a house, and we were looking at prospective ones. After downsizing from a large house, we were unsure of what we really wanted, or what area to buy in. Thomas was very patient with us while we investigated townhomes versus condos, versus small homes, and even float homes. He always told us "you will know when you find the right one". Well, after a year of looking, Thomas showed us a condo, and we fell in love with it. Tom is the best! We just purchased our first home through him and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the lower mainland. We changed our “must haves” a couple times and Tom was always very accommodating and flexible. We never felt pressured or judged throughout the process. One thing I liked best about Tom was his confidence when it came to viewing a home being showed by another realtor. He always knew the right questions to ask, and if we were ever in an awkward situation with a pushy realtor he definitely knew how to redirect the conversation!
