Anyone looking for a realtor should hire Thomas! He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped us sell our existing property and upsize to a different one. Our timeline was quite long but Thomas was always there to answer our questions and to find out more information about any property we sent him. With Thomas, it seems more like a partnership with someone who takes the time to learn your needs. Flexible to our schedule and never tried to push us into making an offer if we didn’t love the home!

He also asks great questions to help you realize your needs and how you can achieve what you're looking for within the timeline you have. In my experience, many other agents try to push you along, Thomas does not. Thomas is there as your partner and joint-problem solving to get you where you want to go. 3. He is a good person. I've gotten to know Thomas personally over the years. Aside from bring a deal to conclusion and impressing me, I can personally say with confidence that Thomas is a person I trust and a person who cares about those we works for. Also, he's extremely personable and kind, always going the extra mile in his personal and professional life. He makes others around him happy and he cares. I encourage you to look at all options, but, I think you'll see, very few agents out there offer the professional competence, robust knowledge base, strong listening and problem solving skills and kind, easy-to-work-with personality that Thomas does. Thomas was amazing to work with and so professional. He made my first time home buyer experience such an incredible one. He was so kind and understanding of my often changing parameters and worked really hard to find me the perfect home. We didn't work with Thomas directly, he was the seller's realtor and we were the buyers. Therefore, I can't comment on his professionalism from that point of view. However, just something to be aware of if you will be dealing with him like we did. Recently, we moved to our house in Maple Ridge. Our family was really excited after waiting for half of the year (agreement with the seller). But the condition of the house was so bad in terms of cleaning and I am not even close to being a clean freak. The clogged baths, dirty bathrooms/sinks, that even the boys refused to wash in it until they saw me actually cleaning it. Condition of the walls, nails/ screws on the floors downstairs were just unsafe. Some of the items that were listed in the listing were gone. Our complains were just basically ignored. I know to some degree it's my and our realtors fault as well... But maybe at least it will help someone in the future to avoid this first move in impression for younger kids, you just don't treat people like this...

My wife and I met Thomas while he was showing a house, and we were looking at prospective ones. After downsizing from a large house, we were unsure of what we really wanted, or what area to buy in. Thomas was very patient with us while we investigated townhomes versus condos, versus small homes, and even float homes. He always told us you will know when you find the right one. Well, after a year of looking, Thomas showed us a condo, and we fell in love with it. It was such a joy working with Tom! Not only did he find our dream home with an outstanding view, but he made the process exciting and painless. It only took us 3 viewings to find our new home.
